Story

Through a rift and time and space, Dr. Proton has brought forth the return of the Triad cult! Together, they are prepared to spread their destruction throughout the universe. With the H.U.N.T. stuck in El Oscuro's time loop, only our timeless hero Duke Nukem can save the world once again!

Duke travels to San Nicolas Island to fight this new menace, and eventually makes his way into Dr. Proton's new laboratory. Maybe he gets "flung across the universe" for a few levels of interdimensional alien ass-kicking? Maybe the game would end with a dual El Oscuro and Dr. Proton boss battle.
